Dr. Lou’s been chasing peak performance since his time with De La Salle’s national championship team in Concord. Lou was pulling serious weight on the Olympic lifting platform, snagging fifth place at Junior Nationals in the 69kg class at just 16 years old.
That fire for human movement led him straight to San Diego State, where he dove deep into kinesiology and graduated in August 2020. Lou headed to Life Chiropractic College West, where something pretty cool happened.
While earning his doctorate (finished October 2024), Lou noticed his classmates struggling with the art of adjustment. So, he started a club from scratch, dedicated to helping future docs nail their technique. Because that’s Lou - sees a need, fills it, no fanfare required.
Now he’s bringing that same “team-first, get-it-done” mentality to your spine. Whether you’re an athlete pushing limits or someone just trying to sleep through the night without wincing, Dr. Lou gets it. He’s been there, felt that, and knows exactly how to get you back in the game.
